Our Services

Postnatal Classes

I've designed a 3 phase approach to:
✨ Safely rehabilitate your core
✨ Build strength & healthy function to your pelvic floor
✨ Reduce common aches and pains
✨ Build overall strength and confidence in movement
✨ Increase fitness

Each phase is a block booking of 6-8 weeks (term depending) which will consist of one to two classes per week. Classes are small group personal training classes with a maximum of 4 people per class to ensure quality attention is given to everyone attending.

Babies are welcome in the classes until the age of crawling for both their safety and your peace and enjoyment of the class.

Personal Training

1-1 personal training sessions

✨ PT sessions are available on-site or from the comfort of your home if you live within Herefordshire.

✨ Sessions range from pre and postnatal to general strength and conditioning and weight loss.

Tailored fitness plans

If you are not based locally in Hereford I offer tailored fitness plans, these include:

✨ 60-minute online assessment

✨ 4-6 week fitness plan

Mils is by far the best postpartum workout instructor/PT I could have ever asked for. Her classes are small groups of women which means you feel like you’re in a personal training session rather than in a group exercise class. She takes your specific needs into account (the birth you had, where you are physically, if you have any goals such as running etc) and is ready to either push you or give you certain modifications based on injuries, niggles etc. I am so, so, so happy I attended her sessions from 2-7 months postpartum and I would scream it from the rooftops that that was the absolute best use of my statutory maternity pay ever!

So, so, so grateful for Mils and her Postpartum classes. This group was everything I needed and more. In a really difficult time postpartum, the Mumme Fit class gave me something to look forward to every week! I was so eager to get back into fitness and exercise so that I could start to feel like “me” again but never knew where to start, that’s where Mils’ help was priceless. She knew when to push me, when to encourage me and ultimately my strength and confidence grew crazy quickly as a result! If it wasn’t for her classes I’d still be struggling to get back into the swing of fitness now. Instead I’m crazy excited for my next season and in absolute awe of my body and all it’s done for me. Couldn’t recommend Mils’ classes enough, something all mums need to invest in postpartum not only for their strength and fitness, but for their mental and emotional wellbeing. About me

Hi! I’m Camilla (aka Mils) and I’m the creator of mumme.

From the moment I thought about becoming a personal trainer in 2016 I had a heart for women. I didn’t know what that looked like at the time but I knew deep down I wanted to be able to train and support women, to help them discover a level of confidence and love for their body’s.

Fast forward to now, after a brilliant 6 years learning and growing as a strength and conditioning coach and having had two children of my own, I specialised in pre and postnatal training with the goal to help women in a way that is largely neglected. Women deserve more when it comes to prenatal training and postnatal recovery in this country, fitness is just one piece of the puzzle and I hope as we learn and discover more, that care all round will only grow and expand.

So hey 👋🏼 I’m here for you, lets go on the journey of becoming fitter and stronger versions of ourselves as we nurture and care for our bodies as they deserve. You are important, you give your best for your kids and you deserve the best care in return.
